Shelly Hellmich is a broker at Lincoln Realty. Raised in the neighboring town of Batesville, Shelly has a great knowledge of the area. Shelly attended high school at Oldenburg Academy of the Immaculate Conception, where she graduated in 1971, and worked as a hairdresser before becoming a realtor in 2003.
Shelly decided to become a realtor because she and her husband, Marc, own a local construction company, and she felt it would be a good fit for their family. Shelly's love for helping people, interpersonal skills, and driven work ethic have allowed her to meet her clients' needs in buying and selling their homes. Shelly lives in Greensburg with her husband, Marc. They have two grown sons, Seth (Sarah) and Craig (Abby) and six grandchildren. In her spare time, Shelly enjoys golfing, hiking, walking, and playing bridge. She has been involved in several community organizations including Greensburg Community Bread of Life, Kids' Closet of Decatur County, and the Delta Theta Tau Sorority.
