Melanie Hartwell

Melanie Hartwell is the Owner and Managing Broker of Lincoln Realty, Inc.

 

• Melanie was born and raised in Batesville, Indiana and live there still today along with her husband, Richard, and their two sons, Carson and Grant.

• Melanie is a 1986 graduate of Oldenburg Academy of the Immaculate Conception.  She then went on to pursue her Bachelor of Science Degree and Social Work from Indiana University, graduating in 1991,

• Melanie worked as a social worker for Family Health Services from 1993 to 2000.  Along with her career in social work, Melanie spent years working with her family's construction company where she gained a great deal of industry knowledge and experience.  In 2000, she went on to pursue her Real Estate License where she now, with 25 years' experience, has met the needs of many clients throughout the years.    

• Melanie is a member of the Batesville Chamber of Commerce and is involved in many things throughout the community.  In her spare time, you will find her spending time with her family, golfing, or working to make the community a better place.
